Spindle speeds up to 24,000 RPM for complex core and cavity geometry. We maintain dimensional tolerances within 0.005mm on hardened tool steel.

Sub-micron wire-cutting for sharp corners, deep ribs, and intricate gate placements. Perfect for complex connector housings and internal threads.

Built with imported H13 or S136 steel, hardened to 48-52 HRC. Optimized cooling channels ensure rapid cycle times and long-term tool life.

Advanced engineering resins

We process high-performance polymers including PEEK, PPS, LCP, and glass-filled nylons. Our team performs gate placement optimization to prevent warp and sink marks.

Rigorous metrology and verification

We eliminate hand-off risks between toolmaker and molder. Every production run undergoes automated coordinate measuring machine (CMM) analysis and first-article inspection.
